Our highest priority is the safety of our guests, owners, staff, and their families so we have instituted new, enhanced cleaning policies and relaxed our cancellation policies.

Please stay safe by taking the following actions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC):

Efficiency units are 432 square feet and accommodate 1-3 guests. Two bedroom condos are 1,100 square feet and sleep up to 6. Three bedroom condos are 1,300 square feet and sleep up to 9. Townhouses are 1,900 square feet and sleep up to 10.

No. At Executive Keys, we do not believe in surprising our guests with hidden charges such as booking, reservation, cleaning or resort fees that can add hundreds to your bill. Unless you request additional services, the nightly rate you are quoted + required taxes is what you pay.

All units have either a balcony or patio.

All condos have a full kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dinnerware, cookware, and utensils. In addition, charcoal barbecue pits are available in the picnic areas.

Yes, wifi is available throughout the property for FREE.

Yes, parking is FREE. We have plenty of parking most of the year but we ask that you limit the number of vehicles, boats and golf carts you bring onsite during peak times.

We do have some dog-friendly condo units available. Please see our pet policy.

For the safety of our guests and staff, our cleaning policies have been modified due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Trash – Extra garbage can liners will be placed in the room before your arrival. For trash pickup during the day, securely tie the top of the bag , place it outside your door and call the front desk. You must call the desk for pickup.
Towels – Each unit is equipped with extra bath towels and a bag for dirty bath towels. If you wish for us to pick up used towels, place them in the bags we provided, tie the top, place the bag outside your door and call the front desk. You must call the desk for pickup.
Sheets – We typically change the sheets on beds that are being used after the third night of the stay. We can either change the sheets when no one is in the unit or we can deliver the sheets to the door for you to make the bed. Please call the front desk to let us know which you prefer.
Supplies – If you need additional supplies, please call the front desk for a contactless delivery.

Yes, coin operated washers and dryers are available in the clubhouse.

Yes, a fish house is available for guests and owners.

Smoking is allowed on the property but is not allowed at the pool or in condo units, the clubhouse/laundry room or the office. Please dispose of any waste in the ash trays located throughout the grounds.

Condominiums at Executive Keys are owned by individuals who have agreed to include their unit in the rental pool so others can enjoy this prime location. Each unit is inspected regularly to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests.

In August 2017, Hurricane Harvey made landfall near Port Aransas, Texas as a Category 4. Like most buildings in the city, Executive Keys suffered heavy damage. We spent more than two years repairing damage and modernizing our property including upgrading our wifi and cable television systems.

FAQ about the Beach

Executive Keys sits on 10 acres just behind the sand dunes. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk using our private boardwalk or the sidewalk on Beach Access Road 1-A.

Yes, there is a road along the beach. Driving on the beach is subject to all applicable traffic laws. Parking is allowed in designated areas but the City of Port Aransas requires a parking permit. Parking permits can be purchased for $12.00 at City Hall and most convenience, grocery and souvenir stores in Port Aransas and are valid for the calendar year (January 1 – December 31). Don’t forget to buy a permit – there is a fine for parking on the beach without one.

Port Aransas Beach Guards are stationed between Marker D and Marker 17 daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day and Thursday through Sunday from Labor Day until Halloween.

Yes, but they must be leashed at all times by ordinance of the City of Port Aransas.

Yes, but glass containers are prohibited.

Small fires are allowed on the beach. Firewood can be purchased at many nearby convenience and grocery stores. Please ensure all campfires are completely extinguished.
