Efficiency units are 432 square feet and accommodate 1-3 guests. Two bedroom condos are 1,100 square feet and sleep up to 6. Three bedroom condos are 1,300 square feet and sleep up to 9. Townhouses are 1,900 square feet and sleep up to 10.
No. At Executive Keys, we do not believe in surprising our guests with hidden charges such as booking, reservation, cleaning or resort fees that can add hundreds to your bill. Unless you request additional services, the nightly rate you are quoted + required taxes is what you pay.

Yes, parking is FREE. We have plenty of parking most of the year but we ask that you limit the number of vehicles, boats and golf carts you bring onsite during peak times.

Staff will not come to your unit during your stay. If you need something…. here’s what you do:
- TRASH – We will leave you extra trash liners. Bag up your trash, tie the top, set it outside your door and VERY IMPORTANT call the desk and let us know to come and pick it up. (9am-3pm only)
- LINENS – We have left you extra towels and bags for dirty ones. If you wish us to take away used towels, please put them in a bag and tie the top. Put the bag outside your door and **VERY IMPORTANT** call the desk and let us know to come and pick it up. (9am-3pm only)
- If you need more supplies or service, please call the front desk to arrange for no contact delivery.
- SHEET CHANGE – if you require fresh sheets…we can deliver a set of sheets for you to make up your own bed. Call the desk to arrange for this delivery and for us to pick up the dirty set.
- BROOM/DUSTPAN – There are broom and dust pans in the Air Handler Closet. This is the closet that is above your AC Return Air Grille. Note: Unit 804 – Broom & Dustpan stored in the gap between the refrigerator and wall in kitchen.

Smoking is allowed on the property but is not allowed at the pool or in condo units, the clubhouse/laundry room or the office. Please dispose of any waste in the ash trays located throughout the grounds.
Condominiums at Executive Keys are individually owned and are each furnished and decorated by the owner.
Yes. When Hurricane Harvey struck Port Aransas in August 2017, Executive Keys sustained significant damage. The property was rebuilt from the studs, renovated to current codes, and fully refurnished and redecorated. We remained closed until March 2020 to complete the rebuild and renovations, then experienced a brief closure due to COVID before reopening on May 1, 2020. Today, Executive Keys stands as a 50+ year tradition that feels fresh and new. Many longtime guests were delighted to discover the modern updates when they returned to the property.
FAQ about the Beach
Executive Keys sits on 10 acres just behind the sand dunes. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk using our private boardwalk or the sidewalk on Beach Access Road 1-A.
Yes, there is a road along the beach. Driving on the beach is subject to all applicable traffic laws. Parking is allowed in designated areas but the City of Port Aransas requires a parking permit. Parking permits can be purchased for $12.00 at City Hall and most convenience, grocery and souvenir stores in Port Aransas and are valid for the calendar year (January 1 – December 31). Don’t forget to buy a permit – there is a fine for parking on the beach without one.
Port Aransas Beach Guards are stationed between Marker D and Marker 17 daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day and Thursday through Sunday from Labor Day until Halloween.
Yes, but they must be leashed at all times by ordinance of the City of Port Aransas.

Small fires are allowed on the beach. Firewood can be purchased at many nearby convenience and grocery stores. Please ensure all campfires are completely extinguished.
